Ethernet is not working [Ubuntu 16.04]

The wifi works perfectly nothing wrong there.

Connecting to the router by using the ethernet cable doesn’t work.

I have no clue to why it doesn’t work. I’ve tried turning off the wi-fi but it’s still the same result. Also tried ignoring IPv6. Changing the interfaces file etc. Any ideas?
