Madonna’s adopted son David on song for Benfica after shining in week of training with Portuguese giants

MADONNA’S adopted son was on song for Benfica after being hailed as the star man during training this week.

According to TSF Radio, 11-year-old David Banda has completed a week’s worth of workouts at the Portuguese giants.

He was allowed to take part after Madonna, who is currently working in Lisbon, asked the club to show him the ropes.

David was so Into The Groove he was even called the best performer out of the Under-12s.

The Like A Virgin star also adopted Mercy James in 2009, and twins Esther and Stella Mwale in March this year.

She has two biological children – Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon, 20, and Rocco Ritchie, 16.

Benfica won the league for the fifth successive season after beating Vitoria 5-0 on Saturday.

Eliseu hilariously celebrated the feat by driving a scooter around the dressing room.
