THE play-off finals are almost upon us and Blackpool and Exeter will be battling to win promotion from League Two.

Last season Wimbledon famously overcame Plymouth 2-0 as the phoenix club continued their sensational rise from the ashes.

When is the League Two play-off final?

The League Two play-off final will take place on Sunday, May 28.

Kick-off will be at 3pm at Wembley.

The fixture forms part of a packed Wembley schedule that Bank Holiday weekend, with the FA Cup final on Saturday and the Championship play-off final on Monday.

What TV channel is it on?

Football League fixtures are televised exclusively on Sky Sports.

The match is likely to be shown on Sky Sports 1 and 1HD.

Coverage tends to begin and hour before the big event so the programme will probably start at 2pm.

Can I get tickets?

Exeter supporters must contact TicketZone to snap up their tickets.

Prices are between £26 and £60.

The general public are likely to have more luck getting tickets in the Blackpool end with the Seasiders reportedly having sold less than 5000 tickets.

Fans of the club are boycotting the final in protest at owner Karl Oyston.

Club Wembley packages are available for £319 and supporters can register their interest by contacting the FA.
